Throughout the summer, Trump repeatedly threatened that if Iranian leaders did not return to negotiations, he would authorize new military attacks against the country's civilian infrastructure. Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament and chief war negotiator, stated on Thursday on platform X that Iran's conditions have been repeatedly and clearly communicated to intermediaries.
Admiral Cooper's spokesperson declined to comment on his plans. These developments come as the international community remains concerned about the security situation in the Middle East and the potential consequences of escalating tensions in the region.
