The Council of Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council welcomed the adoption of the presidential statement of the United Nations Security Council, which was reached by consensus of the members on October ١٥. This statement specifically condemned the ongoing and escalating attacks by the Ansar Allah group against Saudi Arabia.
Support for Yemen's sovereignty and political solution
The Gulf Cooperation Council also emphasized the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen and the territorial integrity of this country, announcing its support for efforts to achieve a political solution to the Yemen crisis through dialogue and understanding. This council referred to this important matter based on three main references, including the results of the comprehensive national dialogue in Yemen, the initiative of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.

Request to include Ansar Allah in the terrorist list
The Council of Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council called on the international community to include the Ansar Allah group in the list of terrorist groups and to treat it like other terrorist groups that threaten security, peace, and development. This council also emphasized the necessity of stopping all support that enables Ansar Allah to access missiles and drones.
In the continuation of the statement, the necessity of implementing the United Nations Security Council resolutions regarding Yemen and the Ansar Allah rebellion was emphasized. The Council of Ministers called on the United Nations and the international community to ensure the strict implementation of the ban on sending weapons to Ansar Allah.
Solidarity with Saudi Arabia
The Gulf Cooperation Council also emphasized the complete solidarity of the member countries with Saudi Arabia, stating that these countries stand alongside Riyadh and support all actions that Saudi Arabia takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, and interests. Furthermore, the council clarified that the security of the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council is an interconnected and indivisible entity, and any attack on one of the member countries, based on the mutual defense agreement, is considered a direct attack against all member countries.
