Hezbollah Lebanon is preparing for a potential resumption of hostilities with Israel. This Lebanese armed group, founded in 1982 by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, has been actively working to strengthen its military capabilities in the past three months, seeking significant financial assistance from Iran.
Impact of Iranian Financial Aid
According to reports, Hezbollah has managed to receive tens of millions of dollars from Iran, which is being used as part of its efforts to enhance its military capabilities. This aid is in addition to approximately $200 million that the group has received to assist displaced families in Shia areas of Lebanon. These financial resources allow Hezbollah to rebuild its command and control structures that have been damaged in recent wars with Israel.

Military Tactics Against Israel
Despite suffering serious losses in the last two wars with Israel, Hezbollah continues to strengthen its arsenal. In recent months, the group has taken advantage of the lull in hostilities to focus on acquiring explosives and producing drones that can target Israeli positions. However, reports indicate that Hezbollah has not yet been able to fully prepare its reserves and forces.
Iran, as Hezbollah's main supporter, is also trying to assist the group in facing upcoming challenges. However, the United States, as one of the main opponents of the group, is seeking to impose sanctions and other measures to limit Hezbollah's financial resources.
Currently, Hezbollah is anticipating a potential escalation of tensions in the Middle East and seems to be seeking to maintain its readiness for any possible conflict with Israel. While Israel continues its airstrikes in southern Lebanon, Hezbollah is acting cautiously regarding any increase in tensions and is trying to avoid any provocative actions that could lead to renewed hostilities.
