The fourth edition of the Oman Business Leadership Summit and Awards (Times of Oman Business Leadership Summit and Awards 2026) will be organized by the Muscat Media Group and the Gulf Leaders Circle. This event will take place on October 26, 2026, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Muscat, with the participation of over 200 senior government officials, business owners, C-level executives, small and medium enterprises, and industry experts.
Focus on Leadership in Times of Unprecedented Change
This summit, themed "Business Leadership in Times of Unprecedented Change," will address topics such as geopolitics and global trade, business resilience and risk, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, digital transformation in business, new growth and investment opportunities, economic diversification, competitiveness and sustainable growth, future-oriented leadership, organizational transformation, and workforce dynamics.
Summit Programs and Business Leadership Awards
The program of this summit includes a keynote session titled "Leadership in Times of Global Disruption," which will explore geopolitics, global trade, and business resilience. Additionally, a panel discussion titled "Oman at the Crossroads" will examine Oman’s strategic position and investment opportunities. A specialized session titled "Navigating Change" will focus on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and future-oriented leadership.
This event will conclude with the presentation of the prestigious Oman Business Leadership Awards 2026. These awards aim to recognize business leaders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, innovative companies, and outstanding firms whose achievements contribute to economic growth, promote innovation, and set new standards for excellence in business.
