Bahraini scholars, in support of the statement of Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, the leader of the Islamic Movement in Bahrain, reacted to the recent decisions of the Al Khalifa regime. This statement, published on the 22nd of Rabi' al-Thani 1448 AH, addresses a series of decisions made in Bahrain and emphasizes the necessity of adhering to divine rulings.
Divine Ruling and Commitment to Sharia
Bahraini scholars, citing verses from the Quran, emphasized that "Ruling belongs only to God" and that no one has the right to be obeyed in contradiction to divine commands. They declared this stance not as a political hostility, but as loyalty to religious principles and divine Sharia. According to this statement, any human decision that contradicts divine rulings is considered null and cannot obligate the conscience of believers.
Call for Unity and Solidarity
Bahraini scholars called on all believers to use the phrase of monotheism "There is no god but Allah" as a collective slogan against these decisions. They emphasized the necessity of spreading this phrase in media and public spaces and called for the use of peaceful methods to express opposition to the decisions of the Al Khalifa regime. According to them, this phrase should be a fortress that protects believers from divine punishment.
Furthermore, Bahraini scholars called for a reconsideration of the Al Khalifa regime's decisions and emphasized that no Muslim should prioritize the will of a creature over the will of their Creator. They warned the ruling power in Bahrain that this matter cannot be within the capacity of any believer and that divine rulings must be respected.
Bahraini scholars, stating that the phrase "There is no god but Allah" is a divine fortress, emphasized the importance of this phrase as a focal point of unity and solidarity in society. They referenced a sacred hadith, stressing that anyone who enters this fortress will be safe from divine punishment.
In conclusion, Bahraini scholars announced that this stance is a message of unity and solidarity against the decisions of the Al Khalifa regime, aimed at emphasizing the importance of respecting religious principles and divine Sharia. They hope that this message reaches all Muslims and brings about a positive transformation in Bahraini society.
