The Special Economic Zone of Duqm (SEZAD) held its fourth annual gathering on Wednesday under the theme "A New Vision for a Promising Investment Environment." This event aimed to enhance environmental sustainability and investment, as well as improve oversight using artificial intelligence in line with the overall economic development goals.

This gathering was attended by representatives from special economic zones, free zones, and industrial estates under the supervision of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), as well as companies from the private sector. The aim of this gathering was to exchange experiences and review best practices in compliance with regulations and environmental sustainability.
Preparation of the Final Report and Its Impacts
At the end of this gathering, a final report will be prepared that includes the discussed topics, results, and recommendations to facilitate future policies and procedures in line with the "Oman Vision 2040" goals. These policies aim to enhance and strengthen economic infrastructure and investment attractiveness in Oman.
