The search for perfection in life is one of the fundamental challenges of contemporary humanity. Many individuals seek perfection, and this effort can lead to increased stress and dissatisfaction. But is there really a need to ask, "Who is perfect?" No one is perfect, and no one ever has been. In fact, perfection can have various dimensions that encompass individual actions to one's inner thoughts.
Human Flaws and the Search for Peace
Those who seek perfection in others are themselves flawed. Their inner peace is lost in the search for the faults of others. Therefore, we should move towards the flow of life instead of seeking perfection; like a stream of water that flows gently through the valleys.

One day, I was sitting in a valley in Dehwar, looking around. There was no one around to judge me. At that moment, it was just me, the water, the stones, and the birds flying in the distance. But this peace and tranquility were quickly disrupted by the arrival of a family of five. The children were excitedly jumping up and down while the parents began to complain. The father told his wife that there was no shade, and the mother complained about the number of birds.
Accepting Flaws and the Search for Harmony
In that moment, I almost told them, "You should bring your chair" and that the birds are also part of nature that we must live with. However, I decided to ignore them and continue with my life. This family was in search of external perfection, while we should be looking for "perfect flaws" rather than merely flawlessness.
In life, despite numerous flaws, what we need is harmony. If we carefully look at the flaws around us, we can always find a way to address them. Human flaws are natural, and we should not blame ourselves for them. By looking around, we can see our limitations, but do these limitations affect our lives? In fact, we only need to stay away from many flaws and continue with our lives.
Moreover, we should not be too hard on others and seek perfection in them. Because we ourselves are never flawless. Those who seek perfection in themselves often fear failure. But one cannot succeed without making some mistakes.
Some of the problems we observe around us can easily lead to harmony by making small changes in our daily routines. But we should also not be too hard on ourselves and create too many limitations. Sometimes, not everything goes according to plan.
Do you know what the most popular pastime for many people is? Complaining about others. But it’s better to ignore them. They don’t pay your bills or rent. If they continue to complain, you can simply tell them where to go, and no further explanation is needed.
In the end, let’s not seek perfection in ourselves or others. Let’s avoid challenging routines and accept ourselves as we are.
