Features of the Housing Units
Each housing unit in this complex will have a usable area of 199 square meters. The design of these units is done in a way that preserves the privacy of Omani families and is compatible with the local environment. Additionally, these units provide essential facilities to meet adequate living standards. The mentioned project is planned to be completed within two years, and it is expected that the housing units will be allocated to eligible families by the end of 2028.
Furthermore, this initiative reflects Oman's commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in rural and sparsely populated areas. The implementation of this housing project will not only help provide housing for families but will also contribute to enhancing the living standards and social satisfaction of the residents of this area.
Given the importance of this project, it is expected that this plan will serve as a model for similar projects in other regions of Oman and will help improve housing infrastructure and urban services in the country.
