Actions Against Ansarullah and Iran
The Gulf Cooperation Council also called for tightening arms restrictions against Ansarullah and halting support that, according to the council, enables this group to acquire missiles and drones. In this context, a request to list Ansarullah as a terrorist organization has also been made.
In the continuation of this statement, allegations against the Islamic Republic of Iran were raised, and missile and drone attacks attributed to Iran against the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and Jordan were condemned. The foreign ministers of the member countries of this council also called for a return to dialogue and diplomacy to overcome the current crisis between the United States and Iran.
These developments indicate increasing tensions in the region and existing concerns about Iran's role in creating instability in neighboring countries. The Gulf Cooperation Council is particularly worried about the military capabilities of Ansarullah and the impact of this group on security and stability in the region.
Emphasizing the right to self-defense and the need for decisive international actions against armed groups reflects the determination of the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council to confront security challenges and maintain stability in the region.
