The Sultanate of Oman will participate for the first time in the New Horses Exhibition held in Morocco. This exhibition, which is in its seventeenth edition under the patronage of King Mohammed VI from October 13 to 18 at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Center in the new city, provides an opportunity to enhance cultural and technical exchange in the field of equestrianism.
Special Opportunities to Familiarize with Omani Equestrian Heritage
Oman's participation in this event is considered one of the important milestones of this edition. This participation allows professionals, enthusiasts, and the general public to closely familiarize themselves with the royal equestrian heritage of Oman and discover various aspects of this country's equestrian legacy. Exchange of Experiences and Expansion of Collaborations
Oman's presence at this exhibition creates a platform for the exchange of experiences among equestrian professionals. This exchange will focus on horse care and the appreciation of their status in various cultures. Additionally, the exhibition aims to highlight the cultural and artistic features that distinguish the equestrian traditions of each country.
This edition of the exhibition, held under the slogan "The Horse in Service of Humanity," will focus on various aspects of the relationship between humans and horses. These aspects include cultural, artistic, sports, educational, and professional dimensions. Furthermore, the presence of diverse equestrian experiences will create opportunities to expand discussions around the status of horses and ways to care for them.
With the welcome of the royal equestrian team from Oman, the New Horses Exhibition is becoming a continuous effort to strengthen its position as a venue for cultural and technical exchange. This event, aimed at preserving cultural heritage and exchanging experiences, provides a space for interaction among professionals, practitioners, and the general public.
The Horse Exhibition Association, established in 2008, aims to strengthen the horse industry in Morocco and enhance its reputation at the national and international levels. This association, chaired by Sharif Moulay Abdallah Al-Alawi, works to promote Moroccan equestrian culture and preserve related traditions. Additionally, it supports initiatives that contribute to the development of this industry and enhance the appeal of this field.
The goals of this association include organizing the New Horses Exhibition and creating channels for cooperation and partnership with government entities, the private sector, civil society, and similar exhibitions inside and outside Morocco. Encouraging activities that contribute to the development of the equestrian industry, especially in rural areas, and preserving the national cultural heritage related to horses and the equestrian traditions of the country are among the responsibilities of this association.
